Terms of service.
The terms that govern your use of infinityweb.io and the services we provide.
These terms set out the agreement between you and Infinity Web when you use our website or engage us for work. By using the site you accept them; for paid engagements, a separate signed proposal or statement of work will also apply.
01Agreement to terms
By accessing or using infinityweb.io you agree to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.
02Definitions
A few terms used throughout:
- "Site" — the website at infinityweb.io and its sub-pages.
- "Services" — the design, engineering and related work we provide.
- "Proposal" — a written scope, quote or statement of work agreed between us.
- "Deliverables" — the work product we create for you under a Proposal.
03Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Copy, scrape or republish our content without permission.
- Use the site to transmit malware, spam or unlawful material.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
04Services & proposals
Information on this site is for general guidance and doesn't constitute a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate Proposal that defines scope, timeline, fees and deliverables. Where a Proposal conflicts with these terms, the Proposal prevails for that engagement. Estimates are provided in good faith and may change if scope changes.
05Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Infinity Web name, wordmark, copy, design and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference only.
For client work, ownership of Deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as set out in your Proposal. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless we've agreed otherwise.
06Client responsibilities
For engagements to run smoothly, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the people, content and systems we need.
- Give feedback and approvals within agreed windows.
- Ensure any material you supply is accurate and that you have the rights to use it.
- Settle invoices on time.
Delays on these can affect timelines and costs.
07Fees & payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in your Proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest and may pause active work. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
08Warranties & disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, though we work hard to keep it reliable.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Infinity Web against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you provide to us that infringes a third party's rights.
11Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if you breach these terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the relevant Proposal. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, liability and governing law — continue after termination.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinity Web is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
