The brief
We were spreading files across consumer drives and email attachments — no real control over where data lived, who could see it, or how to get an old version back. For us and our clients we wanted storage we owned end to end: private, fast, and simple to share without losing the audit trail.
What we built
SDrive is a cloud storage and file-sync service: desktop, mobile and web clients that sync folders in real time, end-to-end encryption so only you hold the keys, file versioning with point-in-time restore, and granular sharing through expiring links, passwords and per-folder permissions. An admin layer handles teams, quotas and access policy, all on S3-compatible object storage we run ourselves.
The outcome
SDrive now holds 18 PB+ across 120k+ users, fully end-to-end encrypted, with files that sync instantly and old versions a click away. Data we used to scatter across third-party drives now lives somewhere we control and trust.
