Our in-house real estate platform — list, search and tour properties with rich media, map-based discovery and built-in messaging that connects buyers, renters and agents in one place.
The brief
Property search felt stuck — slow portals, stale listings, and a frustrating gap between browsing a home and actually reaching the person who could show it. We set out to build a real estate platform we'd want to use ourselves, fast and honest, that served buyers, renters and agents equally well.
What we built
Estates Cab pairs map-based discovery with instant, faceted search over location, price, type and amenities, backed by PostGIS so geo queries stay fast at scale. Listings carry rich galleries, floor plans and virtual tours, an AI assistant helps describe and match properties, and built-in messaging plus scheduling connect interested buyers straight to agents. A dedicated agent dashboard handles listings, leads and analytics in one view.
The outcome
Estates Cab now hosts 85k+ listings from 3.5k+ agents with sub-second search across the catalog. Buyers reach agents in a tap instead of a phone-tag chase, and listings stay fresh because publishing and updating them is effortless.
