A project and task management platform that turns scattered work into one clear board — plan sprints, assign tasks, and watch progress update in real time across every team.
The brief
Our own teams ran work across spreadsheets, chat threads and three half-abandoned tools. Nothing agreed on what was due, who owned it, or whether it was done. We set out to build the project and task manager we wanted to use ourselves — fast enough that people would actually reach for it.
What we built
A real-time project and task management platform: boards, sprints and timelines that sync the instant anything changes. Drag a task between columns and every teammate sees it live. Assignees, due dates, dependencies and progress roll up into clear views for leads, while keyboard-first interactions keep day-to-day work quick.
The outcome
We plan sprints in a third of the time and nothing slips between tools. Task Manage now carries 12k+ active teams with 99.9% uptime, and status meetings have largely been replaced by a board everyone already trusts.
