The brief
Transport companies we worked with juggled orders on the phone, routes on paper and tracking through a patchwork of apps — with drivers, dispatchers and customers never quite seeing the same picture. We built our own transport management system to run the whole operation from one place.
What we built
SpedSYS handles the full freight lifecycle: order intake, route planning and optimisation, fleet dispatch, and live GPS tracking of every vehicle and shipment. Drivers get a mobile workflow for jobs, proof of delivery and documents; dispatchers get a real-time board and map; and the back office gets automatic freight documents, customer notifications and invoicing. AI-assisted routing trims empty miles and keeps schedules realistic.
The outcome
SpedSYS now tracks 9k+ vehicles in live operation and has cut empty miles by 22% through smarter routing. Dispatchers, drivers and customers finally share one source of truth, and what used to take a dozen phone calls now happens on a single board.
